Our 45-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we'll gladly provide you with an exchange or full refund minus the shipping and handling fees. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, item must be in its original condition, include all parts and accessories, and shipped within 45 days of purchase. To receive a return/exchange authorization for your item, please contact us. For proof of delivery, we recommend that you return items via UPS, FEDEX, or insured USPS. Merchandise should be packaged securely to avoid any damage during transit. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed. 

For exchanges, we will waive the shipping & handling fee one-time only as a courtesy. Any additional exchanges, you will need to pay a $10 shipping & handling fee.

If a package delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or let us know right away. Retain all packing
materials unless instructed otherwise by us. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

Non-Qualified Returns:
  •  Damaged, abused, or altered items
  •  Engraved or personalized items
  •  Non-defective special orders

Cancellation Policy 
Our orders usually ship the same business day. If you would like to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please email us to set up a merchandise return once you have receive the shipment. Laser Engraved orders may not be cancelled once the engraving is done.
